Fellow Bio

Lindsay Erdmann was born and raised in Oxnard, California. After finding inspiration and passion doing restoration on the Channel Islands, Lindsay pursued and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a BS in Environmental Studies. During her time in university, Lindsay participated in the Environmental Affairs Board, the Community Affairs Board, and did local internships involving ecological restoration and wildlife rehabilitation. During her free time, she can be found volunteering at the Channel Islands Marine and Wildlife Institute, reading books, painting, or out hiking. Lindsay is excited to serve the City of Carpinteria and connect with the local community she calls home.
