Fellow Bio

Jacy recently graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning (EPAP). He is passionate about solving complex environmental issues through effective policy construction and implementation, as well as strong collaboration between stakeholders and the public. He is interested in working in local/state government or the private sector following the completion of the 2023-24 CivicSpark Fellowship. In his free time, Jacy enjoys rooting for Bay Area sports teams, eating various cuisines, and socializing with friends and family.
