Fellow Bio:
Parker is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies & Planning with a minor in Real Estate & Development. A lifelong resident of Temecula, California, he enjoys hiking, swimming, drawing, and building for fun in Minecraft. As a 2022-2023 CivicSpark fellow with the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research in Sacramento, California, he will be conducting survey research and developing a user needs assessment to understand how the public is responding to cities’ General Plan updates throughout the state. Outside of his CivicSpark hours, Parker hopes to spend time traveling, cooking, and learning several computer languages.
