Fellow Bio:
Aviv graduated from Smith College (Zollman/STRIDE Sholar) with a BA in mathematics and a minor in government. They also received three associate-level degrees (AA, AS, AAOT) from Lane Community College. Aviv has researched Springer-fibers, exoplanets, and gold-nanoparticle aggregation. Additionally, Aviv interned with the Massachusetts Trial Court at the Springfield Court Service Center. There, Aviv assisted self-represented litigants fill out and understand legal paperwork. At Smith College, Aviv served on the Conduct Board and as a STEM mentor. Aviv currently holds a Civic Spark Fellowship with the Washington State Department of Commerce where Aviv will work on Climate Adaptation, Climate Mitigation, and Urban Planning
