Growing up in the Inland Empire, Kelsey became interested in environmental justice, sustainability, and transportation. She is a recent graduate of the School of Public Policy at the University of California, Riverside, concentrated on urban and environmental policy. Through her CivicSpark placement with the High-Speed Rail Authority, she is excited to learn more about urban planning and transit-oriented development. After completing her Fellowship, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in Urban Planning.
